XL Capital 3rd Annual Bermuda International Optimist Regatta

XL Capital is the proud sponsor of the 4th Annual Bermuda International Optimist Regatta. The event is being hosted by the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club together with the members and families of the Bermuda Optimist Dinghy Association.
This special event for Bermuda scheduled in December 2006 will show case World-Class Optimist races being sailed primarily in the Great Sound. This is a wonderful opportunity for all involved as truly top notch Optimist sailors from around the globe will be competing head to head with Bermuda's youth. The success of the past three regattas has demonstrated real value in having Bermuda sailors race against some of the best optimist sailors from around the world, here at home. It also offers international participants serious competitive racing in a safe and warm environment. This year's event will attract some of the best optimist sailors in the world as they prepare for the Optimist World Championship in Uruguay later in December.
