Hoorn is the location for the ILE. It has been chosen not only for its good race area and sailing infrastructure, it is also one of the most historic towns you can find along the IJsselmeer.
Hoorn is also close to Amsterdam: its center is less than 30 minutes away. Directions are provided elsewhere on this site, along with a list of suitable accomodation. We anticipate about 200 participants in the Standard, Radial and 4.7 class. Each with their own course, start, and administration.
