Pike And Eel Boat Club

The Pike & Eel Boat Club was born on Sunday 7th August 1966 and the main object was to foster a spirit of friendship amongst those using the river, to have social get-togethers and offer assistance to any boaters in trouble. Our first Commodore was Reg Brewer and the very first function held was a Laying Up Buffet dance.
