Loch Tummel Sailing Club

The club was officially opened in August 1960. The Perthshire Advertiser dated 3 August 1960 reports 15 yachts competing in the first open event with the winner being P. Collyer sailing a Flying Dutchman. Several Flying Fifteens participated as did Firefly’s, so the size range then is reflected in today’s fleet.
