Sail Martha's Vineyard

Sail Martha's Vineyard was conceived in 1992 to offer free programs for island children in elementary sailing and seamanship, wooden boat building, and to attract historic vessels to the community. The organization has grown from 8 children, one instructor and one volunteer that first year, to one that has taught over 1,000 children, produced a successful high school varsity sailing team, and offers an expanded mission of maritime education, rowing, and sailing to young and old, seasonal and year... more
