Who are Phantom UK. It was not long though before they brought their own distinct ideas and ingenuity to the fore and redesigned the deck of the 18' boat to produce the new 18SS Phantom UK. This new Phantom has been Homologated by the RYA They purchased the 16' and 18' moulds when Steve Baker, the original owner and maker of the Phantoms retired.
